Sugar Cookie Lemon Tarts

No finicky crusts necessary for these tarts. Use a simple cookie dough for the crust and fill it with a perfectly sweet and sour lemon filling.
Ingredients
For the crust:
  1. 8 Tablespoons (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  2. ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 and ½ cup (190g) all-purpose flour
  5. scant ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  6. pinch salt
For the lemon filling:
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 3 egg yolks
  3. ¼ cup whipping cream
  4. juice from 1 large lemon
  5. ¼ cup granulated sugar
For topping
  1. 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar, divided
  2. ½ cup whipping cream
